Nice not to need bowling shoes unless wearing heels, so that was an improvement.
Obviously a big money-spinner for the bowling alley but a huge drain on parents' resources which, after paying for bowling, is not a welcome draw. I am guessing it has been a busy time for the BTBA looking at all eventualities? I would like to personally thank all of our members who continue to stay at home to slow down the talj of this virus and allow our fantastic Property to rent keighley to cope and save lives… You can read the rest of the interview on Talk Tenpin by following this link.
The games themselves were fun and all went well in our two lanes, although one had to be switched off midway through as the tejpin next door had a problem. We retired to the bar for a cuppa whilst the children played table tennis and went into the arcade.

Bowling was fine but the actual place left something to be desired Had been years since we in ecstasy here and we wouldn't rush back, to be honest. All she had to show for it was a little key ring and a few tickets which weren't worth a prize.
Yes, a massive and fast drain on money. Obviously the big money spinner but not particularly pleasant.
Discussions are on-going in many areas with Proprietors and leicester singles Associations to keep abreast of current thinking. Following Government instructions, we find ourselves today unable to bowl and uncertain of how the sport will look in the future.
Toilets weren't particularly pleasant but being packed with children at half term, this wasn't too much of a surprise. Enjoyable overall but just felt they gave far too much priority and space to the arcade section.
Play area there was popular but our children were too old for it, so can't comment on the quality of it. First impression when you enter isn't very good, as nowadays you don't see a welcoming reception desk, just masses of arcade machines, which is quite off-putting to those not interested and daunting to parents of excited children.
